Big one for the calendar: ONE DAY ONLY. 7th October 2026.

Chaat Street by Vaibhav Vishen x apapacho.nz are joining forces for a proper Indian-Mexican feast and honestly, this isn’t just a fun gimmick. It’s rooted in real history: think El Ranchero in California, the legendary Indian-Mexican restaurant born when Punjabi farmers and Mexican women intermarried in the early 1900s and built a whole new cuisine out of it. Roti met tortillas. Curry met salsa. It’s a genuinely wild and beautiful piece of food history and we’re paying homage to it for one day only.
