Thought I'd give a little update for those who might have missed my recent stories , and I have been creating regal magic in the kitchen and you can now find some of my old goodies and new and improved versions of old favorites at The Regal Shortbread co, we sell so much more than shortbread (it is worth the trip just for the shortbread however) , we have the best coffee in whitby and now every friday you can find my cheese and bacon scones you know and love 💛
As well as a new range of pies! If you have been missing a Alyxs sweet bakery pie then you are in luck, we are slowly rolling them out, starting with a new improved mince and cheese, our classic steak with Jalapeño cheese, beef sausage rolls and a new pepper steak 🥧
More to come, but till then, you can now buy them frozen to cook at home yourself. The brilliant Anita takes something great and just makes it better, so if you loved anything i made in the past, you'll absolutely love our little store here in Little ol Whitby 💜

We are starting to roll out pies !!
Not only are we improving recipes and looks etc we are also offering the option to buy frozen and bake at home!!
Steak and Jalapeño cheese will be out in the next day or so and slowly we will start offering more flavours as we get into it.
So if you were a fan of our pies before youll love em more now 🥧🥧

We have been planning this for a wee while now. And eventually, the time has come!
We are starting with beef sossie rolls and mince 'n cheese pies.
These will be available from 8 am today!

Hi everyone long time no chat, I wanted to come on and let everyone know what im up to now that ive closed down.
Ive been very lucky to join Anita at The Regal Shortbread co another fellow small buisness owner who does beautiful work !
Located in Whitby porirua and she makes a beautiful range of shortbreads, gingernuts, scones, sandwiches, sourdough bread as well as coffee and so much more.
So if anyone is out these ways and want to support another small business please do pop in !
We miss all our loyal customers and hope to see you again soon in one way or another 😊

I am so lucky to have her delightful combination of skill and positive demeanour! The lady is a knockout in the kitchen! I can't wait to see what we come up with in the future! We already have some sneaky plans to share with you for Valentine's Day later this week. So, keep your eyes peeled!
