Ernesto's Restaurant & Bar

Ernesto's Restaurant & Bar Aotearoa Pacific Fusion cuisine, bringing together contemporary bistro classics with Māori, Pacific Island, Asian and global island flavours.

A fusion between classic American soul food and hearty Cuban cuisine. We wanted to bring Cuba’s big-time sass and stylish, old-school flair to little Wellington. Music, cocktails and friends, coming together with cuisine brought to life by award-winning chef Kit Foe. ¡Viva la Revolución!

ERNESTO’S x MAKER’S MARK

We’re bringing our take on Maker’s Mark to the table with three island inspired cocktails

Coconut Pandan Old Fashioned: rich, aromatic and inspired by the flavours of the Pacific (an Ernesto’s favourite!)

Collins: bright, refreshing and made for a Wellington summer

Wh**ky Sour: bold, balanced and a little bit playful.

Come in, try them for yourself and let us know which one takes the crown!
