After two years in the making, we are incredibly excited to finally launch Beneath the Smoke – The Story of Waverley’s Fire Brigade, written by Laraine Sole. 🚒📖

With 162 pages of stories, photographs and local history, this book brings together the incredible history of our brigade and the people who have served our community in the early years.

Books will be available for $40 each, with proceeds supporting the Waverley Volunteer Fire Brigade.

We’re raffling the VERY FIRST BOOK OFF THE PRESS, personally signed by Laraine Sole, a pretty special piece of Waverley history to own!
