In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the shift—ensuring our pizzas are made to perfection, our team is supported, and our customers leave with a smile. Whether you’re managing shift operations, keeping the kitchen running smoothly, or delivering top-tier customer service, your contribution will directly drive our store's success.
Key Responsibilities
• Shift Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team during busy lunch and dinner shifts.
• Quality & Speed: Ensure all food is prepared to Pizza Hut’s high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Customer Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Operations Support: Handle cash management, open/close procedures, inventory tracking, and stock replenishment.
• Training: Assist in onboarding and training new team members to set them up for success.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Previous experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR), retail, or hospitality is preferred. supervisory experience is a strong bonus!
• Leadership Skills: Ability to delegate, problem-solve under pressure, and foster a positive team culture.
• Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by store needs.
• Communication: Clear verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Right to Work: Valid New Zealand work rights (NZ Citizen, PR, or appropriate work visa).
