The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As an experienced Kitchen Hand, you’ll be a key player in our "engine room," ensuring every order is perfect. You’ll be:
Mastering the Line: Prepping fresh toppings and stretching dough with speed and precision.
Oven Management: Handling the flow of orders during peak times to ensure nothing gets burnt and nothing gets cold.
Quality Control: Using your eye for detail to ensure every pizza meets our high standards before it hits the box.
Efficiency & Safety: Maintaining a clean, sanitised station and following strict food safety protocols.
Leading by Example: Helping newer team members find their rhythm during the dinner rush.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Experience: Previous experience at Pizza Hut, Domino's, or a similar fast-paced quick-service restaurant (QSR).
Speed & Accuracy: You can handle a "full screen" of orders without breaking a sweat.
Reliability: You’re someone the team can count on during the busiest Friday nights.
Food Safety Knowledge: A solid understanding of food hygiene and cross-contamination standards.
