Opening a restaurant comes with a few… unexpected moments. When council required additional toilets, we weren’t willing to compromise on kitchen, bar, or seating space — so we found another way.
Two bathrooms, craned in on one of the steepest roads in town, paying extra care not to hit the powerlines overhead!
A slightly unconventional solution, but a good reminder that sometimes the best outcomes come from thinking differently.
