💜Hey Dear Friends of the Wellness Shot!!💚💛

I would like to inform you of the news that there are changes afoot... As of next week, I will no longer be running as 'The Wellness Shot' inside the goodness grocer...! I have new endeavors to pursuit as my family's well-being takes up full focus 💓 ..But don't fret! Steph the Goodness Grocer queen will be there to sort out your coffee needs (she has been properly trained by the best of the best...A.k.a Petra!)💓

Also, I will STILL be in on Wednesdays to help make your drinks just so! 😉👌..So it's not the last you'll see of me just yet! 😁

Sooo there you have it... change is life! 🌻🍃🤗
I want my loyal customers to know how grateful I am to have had your support over the past 7 months!! 😘 and BOY have I learn alot from having this experience..🥰🙏🦋

Ahhh Spring is here! My favorite time of year...🥰🍃🦋🌼🐝💐

Unfortunately I cannot be with you as I am nursing my little ones back to good health... yet again..!

It's been so testing during this winter month with all the bugs going around and our immune system still strengthening from the lack of exposure!

This is life right now and as much as it's caused much frustration and wishing I could be more and do more, it's also made me realize that some things are just out of our control and we must go with the flow. So family first for me.

I will update you soon with another post but for now, enjoy the Sun if you can! 😶‍🌫️🌞
