Sarah has been working hard on this one and is excited to share it with you all tomorrow.

Growing up summers were spent at Māhia. Sarah’s Dad (Alan) got the pauas with his trusty assistants and Mum (Les) would whip up her Pāua, Bacon and Onions on toast for Breakfast.

This isnt your traditional Cream Pāua Pie its her take on a family favorite.

The only thing that beats a childhood memory is one wrapt in pastry. So come in and enjoy it and let us know what you think.

Our classic mince sandwhiched between gooey cheese sauce on the bottom and Chedder on top. With some extra on the outside to get that golden crunch!!

These new beauties will be in the gourmet warmer by 6am.
