School holidays are here, which means there’s a few extra mouths to feed! 🍻

We’ve got a couple of new plates hitting the menu at the Pizza Barn this week - perfect for a family feed, or just an excuse to let someone else do the cooking.

Meatball Sliders - Three house-made meatballs tucked into toasted slider buns with provolone, pickled onions and marinara. Finished with garlic butter and a sprinkle of parmesan. Little sliders, big feed.

Returning this week again - Hasselback Stuffed Chicken - Chicken breast stuffed with spinach, sundried tomatoes and cream cheese, topped with double-smoked bacon. Served with couscous pearls and cornlettes, all finished with a rich romesco sauce.

Round up the crew, escape the kitchen and come have a feed with us these school holidays 🤙

Available from 5pm weekdays, all day weekends. On until Sunday 4th October or while stocks last.

Specials this week 📣

Stuffed Chicken Breast - Spinach, sundried tomato and cream cheese stuffed chicken breast, wrapped in double smoked bacon. Served on pearl couscous and cornlettes with a rich romesco sauce.

Crispy Chicken Salad – Back by Popular Demand!
You asked, we listened! Our Louisiana-style crispy chicken tenders with avocado, egg, tomato and pickled carrots, tossed through locally grown lettuce with our house-made honey mustard and sriracha dressing. Light and delish.

THE LAST ROAST OF THE SEASON! 🍖

One last Sunday roast before we wrap things up for the season!

Serving tomorrow only (Sunday) from 3pm, so you can tuck in and still catch the Wah’s game.

This week’s roast:

Slow-braised and roasted pork shoulder with crispy crackling, herb-tossed roast potatoes with smoked paprika and garlic butter, orange-glazed carrots, and peas with confit garlic and crispy pancetta.

Finished off with apple sauce and a rich c***r gravy on the side.

A couple of new dishes have joined the menu for this week only🍴

Crispy chicken salad - crispy Louisiana-style chicken tenders with avocado, egg, tomato and carrots, tossed through locally grown Left Fields lettuce with our house-made honey mustard & sriracha dressing.

Herb-crusted monkfish — pan-fried monkfish with a cherry tomato, shallot, olive & basil salsa, finished with a crispy herb and breadcrumb crust. Served with gourmet potatoes tossed in creamy pesto.

Roast lamb is back this Sunday 🤤

Roasted marinated lamb shoulder served with spicy batata harra potatoes. Maple and smoked paprika roasted carrots, wilted greens and peas with mint and radish. A rich rosemary gravy and mint jelly on the side.

Available from 5pm, Sunday 13th September only.

Spring is starting to show its face 🌱 The days are getting longer, summer is on the way, and we’ve got a couple of tasty specials to help you ease into it. Pair them up with a pint of one of our new brews and you’re onto a winner 🍻

Octopus Salad - Braised and marinated octopus, finished hot on the grill and served with a fresh mango & chilli salsa salad. Fresh, punchy and full of flavour.

Jambalaya - Shrimp, chorizo and chicken tossed through Creole-spiced rice. Big, punchy Louisiana flavours with just the right amount of spice.

Roast beef is back this Sunday from 5pm!

Marinated beef rib-eye served with crispy roasted potatoes tossed in garlic and herbs, honey glazed carrots and sautéed green peas with shallots. Yorkshire pudding and a rich gravy on the side. 🤤

This week’s specials are all about good, hearty food and a couple of local favourites.

Crispy German Pork Knuckle
Tender, juicy pork on the bone, wrapped in a seriously crispy crackling skin. Served with spring onion mash and sweet & sour red cabbage on the side.

Pāua Sliders
A grilled pāua patty tucked into a freshly toasted slider bun with lemon, mayo and rocket. Simple, fresh and bloody delicious.

Something light, something rich, something for everyone with this week’s specials.

Octopus & Potato Salad - a great starter or light meal.
Octopus marinated in lime juice and coriander, then chopped into bite-sized pieces and tossed with shallots, capsicum, mealy potatoes, olives and cherry tomatoes. Finished with a little creamy aioli and served with freshly baked bread rolls on the side. Fresh, punchy and bloody tasty.

Lamb Shank
Braised lamb shank sitting on green lentils, with honey-glazed root veg and chorizo, all tossed through a grilled red pepper sauce. Rich, hearty and proper winter comfort food.
