A CULINARY REVELATION IS ABOUT TO ARRIVE.

Following an intense period of reflection, experimentation and what can only be described as quite a lot of smashing things with a spoon, we are proud to announce our inaugural contribution to the S.C.O.F.F Festival.

We appreciate that we are announcing this somewhat late. In fact, we have only just discovered that the festival finishes tomorrow.

Nevertheless, true culinary innovation cannot be rushed.

And so, we are preparing to work through the night to create something that challenges the very conventions of frozen dessert.

Tonight, while Waimate sleeps, our culinary team will be working through the night...
..pushing boundaries...challenging convention.

Tomorrow, you will witness the result.
