The weekly quiz has been rescheduled to next week owing to the farewell ceremony for Lindsay Wright at Wendonside Hall. We look forward to seeing you all on 24 June for the Rescue Helicopter appeal.

As we get ready to handover the keys and say goodbye, we want to give a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us, shared a drink, enjoyed a meal, and helped make The Waikaia Pub such a special place.
We would also like to acknowledge the support of all the wonderful staff who have contributed over many years, sincere thanks to you all!
It’s been an incredible time filled with laughter, friendships, and plenty of great memories.
We are delighted to welcome Paul and Di as they take over the reins—— especially Paul 🐧, who knows this pub better than most as a previous owner!
With their enthusiasm, experience and an exciting new menu on offer the future is looking bright.
Please give them the warm welcome they deserve.

The monthly pub quiz tomorrow night 20th May @ 7.30pm is for the local hall which is needing some R&M.
We are currently limited with staff, so just our home made pizza’s and bar snacks on offer. As usual if you’re please able to bring along something for the raffle table it’s all greatly appreciated.
