So.....Rik has been experimenting with his croissant pastry this week. Here is two new additions to the counter! Flat croissants! No he didn't sit on them, he purposely squashed them in the grill, then dipped them in chocolate gnash, then topped them with, in this case craisins! However tomorrows flatties will be dark chocolate and almond slivers...... Second pic is another genius croissant manoeuver.... CRUFFINS!! Muffin shaped croissant, piped full of honeyed custard and blueberry compote. Cripsy on the outside and full of taste and texture on the inside, tested today and yum yum yum were the comments! Race in and grab these while they last!
