The winter solstice is a turning point - the shortest day, the longest night, and a reminder that the seasons keep moving, whether we’re ready or not.
The resident black swans are settled on the dam, and the winter rains are steadily replenishing the reservoir.
As growers, we’re always looking to the land. Every harvest starts there. Every hop has a season, a story, and a lot of hard work behind it.
To the brewers we work with, thanks for backing our hops and supporting what we do.
It’s a privilege to see the crop turned into something worth sharing.
