Whereabouts is The Coffee Guy this weekend?

Saturday: St Brigid’s Kapa Haka Festival at Newlands College. The festival starts with a pōwhiri at 8am, with sausage sizzles, bake sales, raffles and plenty happening throughout the day.

Sunday: I’ll be at Newtown Athletic Track for Deadly Dozen — 12 x 400m runs mixed with 12 seriously tough strength stations. It looks brutal. I’ll be there doing the far more sensible job of keeping everyone caffeinated.

Two very different events, one busy weekend.

Awesome morning at the Fletchers monthly share meeting, working alongside a great bunch of people.

It was also really good to hear Te Reo Māori being celebrated as part of the morning.

Over 150 drinks smashed out, plenty of good chats, and one very clear favourite on the day — the mocha.
