Soft bread filled with sweet coconut, made right here in our little Wellington bakery. 🤎

Nothing fancy behind the scenes — just a lot of dough, coconut filling, and hands that have done this many, many times. 😅

Today’s breakfast — warm Pandesal filled with egg, cheese, tomato & spinach. Basically my Filipino breakfast burger. 😂🍳

Simple, filling, and soooo good with freshly baked Pandesal.

This is definitely one of my favourite ways to enjoy it. 🤎

The next few weeks will be busy in our little bakery as we prepare lots of your Novie’s favourites for one big Filipino weekend. 🤎

Starting, of course, with one of the breads that started it all for us — Spanish Bread.
