Ok all you amazing folks I have been considering changing my whole body inside and out???
What! you might say yep well I had a huge wake up call today, I've been having a few of these lately and don't get me wrong I am grateful for everyday that I get to wake up but today I thought I would try the LiveGood Health Report!!!
What a shocker!!!
It tells me I'm
1. severely obese
2. borderline diabetes
3.need exercise and moderate activity
4. and in big letters JOIN A GYM!!!
I already know this but no I have to go through this brutal questionnaire to be told to my face that at 70 I'm very lucky to be alive.
