🤍 A LITTLE REMINDER FROM OUR MICRO BAKERY 🤍

Kia ora whānau ❤️

We just wanted to check in with everyone who received products from us on Friday.

If you haven’t yet made payment for your order, please could you make payment ASAP. If you’re unsure whether your payment has gone through, please message us and we can check for you. 😊

We absolutely understand that life gets busy, and sometimes payments can simply be forgotten. However, we do need to be honest about the impact this has on our little family business.

When products leave our shop unpaid for, those costs come directly out of our business. For a small micro bakery like ours, repeated unpaid orders can quickly become the difference between being able to keep our doors open or not. We simply cannot continue to absorb the cost of products that have already been taken and now we are onto the 5th week of a few not paying.

We also really do not want to have to go through our camera footage to identify who has taken products without payment. We would much rather trust that everyone will do the right thing and get their payments sorted.

However, if outstanding payments from Friday have not been received by Wednesday, we will unfortunately have no choice but to review our camera footage and follow up with the individuals involved. This is not something we want to have to do, but we need to protect our little business.

We love what we do, we love our customers, and we are incredibly grateful for the amazing support our village has shown us. ❤️ But in order for our little business to continue, we need everyone to do their part too.

From now on, we’ll be doing things a little differently when it comes to payments and orders. We’re putting some changes in place to make things easier for everyone while also protecting our small business.
