Introducing our newest dish fresh from Geraldine Butcher

Chicken Yakitori

Bite-sized Geraldine Butchery chicken pieces skewered on bamboo sticks and grilled. The name combines yaki (grilled) and tori (chicken or bird). It is traditionally seasoned with salt (shio) or brushed with a sweet, savory soy-based glaze (tare), made from soy sauce and mirin.

Serve with

Fresh, crisp mixed field greens tossed with sliced cucumber and creamy avocado dressing on the side and miso soup

Beef Yaki Soba, a creative spin on traditional Japanese hot noodles! 🍜 This flavorful dish features ramen-style wheat noodles, bite-sized beef sirloin, and finely chopped vegetables, all flavored with Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce 🍜. At SCOFF, we can't wait to share this creation with customers who love modern and innovative food 🍴 and finally, give our regular customers the hot noodles they've been asking for!
