📷 FACEBOOK FAIRY IS BACK FROM HOLIDAY! 🧚‍♀️

And she's back with a little photo dump of what's been happening around the Sawyers Arms over the last week or so!
It's been a bit of a blur, but here's a few highlights 👇

🧥 Andrew Holt, a local stock agent and auctioneer, was the lucky winner of our DB Breweries oilskin jacket. Congrats, Roo!
⚽ We had a great time hosting the crew from Manukau United FC for a bit of end-of-season antics. Always a good time when the party people roll in!
🚌 Then came that infamous busload
The team from TW Construction, making their way through Central Hawke's Bay on their pub crawl. Let's just say they made an entrance! 😂
🐄 🐑 We also had the Smedley Station 2014 crew back for a reunion lunch! Plenty of memories, catch-ups, laughs and good times shared. Always lovely seeing familiar faces back at the pub! 🍻
🧘‍♀️ And, of course, our wonderful Wednesday morning chair yoga ladies! They meet every Wednesday at 10am, and everyone's welcome. Just a gold coin donation for a lovely, relaxing way to start the day.

This is a casual position, but heading into the summer months, more hours may become available for the right person.

You’ll need to be able to work well under pressure, not afraid to muck in and get the job done, and be a great team player. A good attitude, strong work ethic and a great sense of humour go a long way around here!

📋 Bar Manager’s Licence an advantage, but not essential.
🌙 Nights & weekends are essential.

We collected approximately $1,500 for prostate cancer! 🎊 🙌(just waiting on the official word from the bean counter🤓)
We couldn’t have done it without every single person who supported the day.

After a action packed weekend, the team and I are taking a couple of well-earned days off to recharge! 🍻😴 We’ll be back at it Wednesday, refreshed and ready to go. See you then! 🍺
