We're back, and so are the avos. Coincidence? We think not. ⁠
Here's what we've been up to while we waited on new season Hass.

- We picked & sent the last of the Reeds 🥺
- Prince (our trusty orchard dog) has been on QC duty
- We checked in on the new season Hass
- We filmed some fun stuff at an orchard in Katikati
- Thorley drove lots of tractors
- We celebrated the end of the season on the golf course
- We filmed the next episode of Ems GEMs at The Grocer
- Sampled some veryyyyy exciting things

Cumin, Honey & Coriander Guacamole 🥑
Serves 8–10

You'll need:

2 tsp cumin seeds
3 ripe Hass or Reed avocados (Enjoy Reed season at it's finest)
¾ cup coriander leaves
¼ red onion, finely diced
5 pickled jalapeños, roughly chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp The Avo Tree Avo Honey
1–2 tsp hot sauce
Sea salt & corn chips to serve

To make:

Toast the cumin seeds in a dry pan until fragrant.
Mash the avocados in a bowl.
Stir through all remaining ingredients including the cumin.
Season to taste and add extra hot sauce if you like it spicy.
Serve with corn chips. 🌶️
