🎨 ART MEETS ACTION AT MARKET & MAIN ☕🌿

We’re back with another stunning collaboration between The Incubator Creative Hub and Market & Main.

🖼️ NOW SHOWING: Emancipation — a powerful new installation by Tauranga-based artist Fiorella Silva Pérez.

Using beach-waste debris from the North Island and discarded frames from landfill, Fiorella transforms trash into hauntingly beautiful landscapes. Native birds take flight amidst melted remnants of consumerism—a quiet rebellion against ecological collapse. 🐦♻️

This is art that doesn’t just hang on a wall. It asks you to look closer. To rethink. To rise.

Fiorella immigrated from Uruguay with her two sons and now lives in Mount Maunganui. Her work tackles migration, violence, poverty, and the environment—this time, with melted plastic and a whole lot of heart.

🌀 NOW EXHIBITING AT MARKET & MAIN 🌀

The Incubator Creative Hub is thrilled to supply our latest installation to the wonderful space at Market & Main — a collection of surrealist paintings by Tauranga-based artist Isabelle Mathys! ✨

Step inside the cafe and immerse yourself in Isabelle's dreamlike world. Her work is a visual journey through chains of association, emotional experiences, and personal dreams—each piece a snapshot of an idea collected over recent years and translated into compelling, thought-provoking imagery.

About Isabelle:
Swiss-born and now based in Tauranga, Isabelle holds both a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Fine Arts from the prestigious Lucerne School of Art and Design in Switzerland. She has exhibited widely throughout Switzerland and New Zealand, including at the Tauranga Art Gallery, Gallery Te Puna, and The People's Gallery. Her creative journey has been one of beautiful synchronicity. Reflecting on a recent milestone, Isabelle shares:

"Two years ago I experienced life at its uttermost stillness and then won an award at the Emerging Artist Awards 2025, the theme of which was 'Life out Loud'. Wow, what a turnaround! My work 'Leap of Faith' was selected for the Adison Award."

This exhibition carries that same energy—surreal, emotive, and utterly captivating. Her newest body of work invites you to pause, wander, and wonder.
