Meet Ruby, our front of house barista and kitchen superstar. She helps keep the cafe running smoothly, serves up great coffee and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door.
Ruby loves the early morning starts and catching up with our regular customers each day. With seven years in the hospitality industry, she's worked in a range of cafes and restaurants around Tauranga and is passionate about learning new recipes and honing her skills behind the coffee machine to create the perfect cup.
Her favourite meal to cook at home? Chicken on rice with her partner, experimenting with different flavours - hot honey is the current favourite.
Her coffee order? A large almond flat white or an iced matcha, depending on the day. ☕🍵
