Important Notice : Due to staffing issues at Our Place Tauranga] , we are sad to say that High Tide Bar will no longer be open to the public until further notice . Tomorrow ( Thur 23rd )will be our last day for the time being BUT we will be open and running for all and any events we have booked in between now and February. We’ve got a whole lot of these happening so make sure you keep an eye out on the Our Place Tauranga] insta page and on our posts, starting with .nz ‘ Mirrors - Chaos in the CBD’ on 27th December and BANGERZ - Forget the 2020s on New Years Eve.
In the meantime, our mothership is going strong and is open 7 days a week from 11.30am- late so feel free to pop by for a 🍺

🚨 Should there be any level changes that disallows our Bangerz bash to go ahead, then we will give a full refund to all ticket holders. 🚨

In the spirit of Marty Mc Fly, we’re going back in time to the good ol’ days of the 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s countdown to the New Year!
Legends / DJ Duo 'Pretty Fly & A White Guy' will be smashing out your fave BANGERZ of the late 1900s (thanks Gen Z for that) so grab your groupies and come celebrate the FINAL New Years Eve at Our Place Tauranga under the stars ( and fireworks) before we say a big farewell to our favourite outdoor venue.

We highly recommend you dress in the attire of whatever decade of Faw-shion you get the most mirror kicks out of, and be ready to boogie all night long.
No entry to the party will be permitted to anyone who cannot perform the moves to : YMCA, Cotton-eye Joe or the Macarena, sorry. And please note we may test your skills at the door.

Disco Balls and Party-Favourite games will be at hand throughout the venue, and the trusty High Tide Bar will be dishing out Mount Brewing Co’s finest ales, ciders and GnTs from the main bar and the can bar. Note : for the winos, fear not- we will have a selection of wines and bubbly flowing all night long too. RAD.

Everyone from the age of 18 is welcome to party like it’s not 2021, But it still is (sigh), so we do have to give a heads up to all that even though Government official information is yet to come, the events industry have been given a clear heads up that we will all need to be double vaccinated to attend any large gatherings this hot-girl-Summer.
Both Blabla Events and the team at Our Place Tauranga’s number one priority is your health and safety, so we need to use whichever tools we can to create a safe environment in the current Covid climate.

Pop sensations BROODS are back from LA and ready to bust out some fresh material – including brand new single 'Piece Of My Mind' – for their home crowd on The Beach Ball tour!

We all need something special to look forward to this summer… get ready to celebrate Aotearoa’s live music scene with a tour headlined by the brother-sister duo ahead of the 2022 release of their fourth album Space Island.

For the second year running The Beach Ball is visiting some of the North Island's favourite beach towns and their iconic venues, to provide a party and soundtrack for holidaymakers looking to make the most of the season.

Supporting BROODS are psychedelic disco DJ duo Flamingo Pier, sure to bring crowds to an appropriate boiling point as they close out the show each night. Synth-pop R&B bedroom popstars Imugi 이무기 open the bill at all January shows.

The very vibrant and excitable (almost) two year old that is The Rising Tide is hugely excited to welcome its new sister bar ‘High Tide’ to the Mount Brewing Co family!

Opening in June 2018, ‘Our Place Tauranga’ devised and operated by the Little Big Events team, is located in the heart of Tauranga City Centre on Willow Street and will soon be the home to High Tide, a 40 tap craft beer, wine and cider bar attached to a Mount Brewing Co Pilot Brewery and will be built entirely from shipping containers stylishly reflective of its first born, The Rising Tide.

Our Place itself will be the home to community workshops, pop-up kitchens, history hubs, office space, great coffee, awesome events AND some of the most popular local food vendors, such as Johney’s Dumpling House, Southern Fries, More Pork BBQ, Wild One Whole foods and much more.
