Tonight we had our Fat Cat Street Coffee staff dinner at Oak Tree Restaurant. 💕

My heart feels very full tonight.

Six years ago, Fat Cat Street Coffee started as just a small dream. Over the years there have been busy mornings, stressful days, long hours, laughter, challenges, and so many memories. And when I looked around the table tonight, I realised how lucky I am to have such beautiful people around me.

This café could never have come this far without this team.

Tonight was not only about dinner. It was about appreciation.

As a thank you for all the hard work and loyalty, I also prepared a small gift and a $200 appreciation bonus for every team member tonight.”

Thank you Hannah💕for the kindness and gentleness you show every customer. For the last 3 years, you have helped create such a warm feeling in our café.

Thank you Sciennaj💕for always trying your best, learning, improving, and growing. I truly see your effort.

Thank you Stella💕 for all your hard work every Sunday, especially during our busiest times. You are always helping quietly in the background.

Thank you Johnny💕, my brother, for coming back to help me when I needed support the most. I will always remember it.

And there is one more very important person behind this café — someone who has quietly supported me for many years, encouraging me, believing in me, and giving me strength when things were hard. Thank you Pei💕, our boss and investor.

Tonight reminded me that the most valuable thing in business is never just money or success.
It is the people who stand beside you along the journey.

Thank you Tina and everyone at Oak Tree Restaurant for making tonight so special for our team. We felt so welcomed, relaxed, and well looked after all evening.👍

Fat Cat Street Coffee is already 6 years old now.
And because of all of you, this little café continues to grow with love. ❤️

Accessible parking and safer access may seem small, but they make a real difference — especially for our elderly customers, families, and those with mobility needs. It’s something we see and hear about in our café every day.
