We haven't been in supermarket for a bit while and so surprised on the lettuce😱 smaller than a fist but $8 each💰💰💰

That's why we go to 3 vege wholesalers nearly every early morning to find the best lettuce we can got in Tauranga. The premium one, way bigger than fist and fresher, can make the best taste of salad🥗🥗

We so sad to heard the news about supermarket is recalling their hummus today.😰

❓So you may ask: what about your hummus? Do you make them or bought them?🤔🤔

The answer is: we made our hummus from soaking dry chickpeas overnight. Then boiling at least 4 hours. Once they are ready, we process them in a sanitized food processor, storage in a airtight container at back of our chiller and use it within 5 days. 🤗🤗
We didn't add any preservatives because we just want you to enjoy the real fresh taste of hummus.😍😍

Shop Updates - we wanted to open today 26th September. However, there are too many cleaning works to do after the renovation work that we expect🤯
So we may need additional days to clean up and get everything ready. We will update one day before we open. We will get everything done as fast as we can because we miss all of our familiar faces too much!💓

What we up to these days?

Our building interior renovation still not finished yet due to short of materials... but we heard a good news from our contractor today that we can move in 24th September. So we decide to open at 26th September.

So sorry for any inconvenience and looking forward to see all again💓
