TO OUR LOCALS!
After eight and a half unforgettable years, it’s time for us to say farewell to Good Local, Pyes Pa as we pass the restaurant and bar keys into new hands on the 8th June 2026.
From busy nights to quiet chats at the bar, you’ve made this place feel like home. We’ve shared meals, milestones, laughter, late nights, and countless memories with you — and every one of them has meant something to us.
Serving Pyes Pa has been one of the greatest privileges of our hospo lives.
We’re excited for the new owners Andrea and John Bourke as they step into this role, and we know they’re inheriting the best community in town. Please show them the same support, warmth, and spirit you’ve always shown us.
We also want to reassure you that our amazing staff will remain, and nothing about the experience you love is changing. The new owners are committed to honouring what makes this place special.
We will be staying on for a couple of months whilst we do a handover, then taking a bit of time off in 2027 to do a little travel with the kids before the next chapter begins.
Thank you for making this place what it is. For every drink shared, every story told, and every moment in between.
