Our Classic Brownie. There’s one recipe in Pippy’s kitchen that is sworn to secrecy… and this is it. 🤫

Pippy has been making this brownie since her days as an apprentice chef, and some things are just too good to give away. A little bit crunchy on the outside, soft and fudgy through the middle and seriously hard to stop at just one bite.

The recipe? Top secret. The deliciousness? No secret at all.

The classic Pie. And seriously freakin' good ones.

Freshly made and packed with flavour, our pies are a proper Pippy’s favourite with our regulars. A few of the current fav’s include the Italian Beef & Cheese (snapped here), Smoked Fish Mornay, and Creamy Chicken, Cranberry & Brie plus did we mention our Vegan Pies are also hot property.

Millionaires Flapjack, handmade by Pippy and dangerously delicious 🤤

A golden oaty base made with butter, golden syrup and brown sugar, baked until it’s the perfect mix of crunchy and chewy. Then comes a generous layer of gooey caramel, finished with a smooth topping of Whittaker’s dark chocolate.

Crunchy, chewy, caramel-y, chocolatey… and extremely addictive. You've been warned!

You may recognise Harriet (who was our lovely barista), who has recently headed back to Ukraine with her partner Jason to continue their humanitarian work.

In 2024, they started their own humanitarian project Never Alone - Humanitarian using her catering skills and Jason’s back country experience to provide fresh food to people living near the frontline. Together, they’ve now delivered more than 5,000 fresh meals to displaced people, children, soldiers and communities living under Russian attack. How incredible is that?

They value every donation and use it as wisely as possible. Our meals cost less than $2 per serve while also being nutritious, tasty, and sustaining, so truly every dollar makes a difference.
