The weekend before the Cambridge Classic BBQ Competition Ciaran Murphy and I were talking about a whole hog annual trophy.
Ciaran has always believed go big or go home when it comes to annual trophies and we were happy to ablige.
Congratulations to all of those who stepped up and gave it a go the hogs all looked amazing!!!
