These tasty little numbers are on our current 'Sample of The Bistro' a 6 course degustation menu with the option of a curated wine pairing.
1) Charcoal grilled celeriac, pickled fennel, truffle honey dressing - paired with a glass of Bistro Hawkes Bay Brut.
2) Calamari cooked sousvide, lemon gnocchi, Champagne veloute - paired with GREYWACKE Sauvignon Blanc.
3) Crispy fish bites, smoked fish chowder, sauce gribiche - paired with Squawking Magpie Wines Gravels Chardonnay
4) Tamarillo iced tea sorbet - paired with N&S Tea Merchants hot Orange Sky Tisane and Kinloch Honey .
5) Confit leg of Cambridge duck, mushrooms a la grecque - served with Ata Rangi Martinborough Pinot Noir.
6) Sourdough bread and butter pudding, star anise ice cream, vanilla cured mandarins - served with late harvest Reisling. Love Taupō Cuisine Magazine

Amazing night last night and team Cuisine, thank you for your work and for your commitment to this industry that we love so much, and i must say i am so thankful and proud to have been invited to share some of my favourite home recipes with your readers in this edition of , It looks amazing!

Olivia ... your photography and eye for a beautiful picture is ridiculous. Thank you.

Congratulations to all of this years category winners, hat recipients and destination listing's, in particular well done , our wee Central Plateau town that punches way above its weight, 10 listings including of course my good friends Phill and Nora Blackburn .nz also retained their 2 Hats. Well done guys. Ok lets get back to work and do it all again.
