Hospitality & Kitchen Opportunity

Key Duties:
• Prepare and cook a range of dishes according to established recipes, menu
requirements, and kitchen standards.
• Measure, portion, and prepare ingredients to support efficient kitchen operations.
• Organise and prioritise cooking tasks to ensure timely meal preparation during
service.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Plate and present meals according to service standards, ensuring consistent
portion sizes and quality.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure proper storage and
stock rotation.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Support other kitchen staff and assist with food preparation tasks during busy
service periods.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as required to support daily operations.

Other requirements for the role:
• A minimum 1 year of relevant work experience or at least a relevant Level 4
qualification.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
