Finished 2 out of the 3 cakes for todayโ€™s delivery to Food Trip in Matamata at 5:47 AM and exactly one minute later, my 2 year old woke up ๐Ÿ˜… now Iโ€™m trying to put him back to sleep hoping the other 2 boys can also give me one more hour to finish the third cake๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ

I made an Ube Slab Cake for a family member 60th birthday party yesterday ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ’œ

I loved that someone told me that even though heโ€™s not a cake person, this cake was amazing and not overly sweet โ˜บ๏ธ

No buttercream or fondant here โœจ Only a creamy combination of cream cheese and whipping cream which gives the frosting a smooth and fluffy texture ๐Ÿ’Ÿ
