Low or no refined sugar ice cream
Right, ladies and men, I have been asked about low sugar/no refined sugar ice cream. I've started researching recipes, and the more I look, the more there are! This one has caught my eye. I reckon it could make a pretty lush ice cream, but before I start experimenting, what do you all think of these ingredients? Am I heading in the right direction? Yes, there are simpler versions, but I feel they will be meh. I'd rather my trials start in the right direction. I am aware I can't please everyone, but I certainly will try. 😉🍦

Every morning I walk this track. It's become my sanctuary, my sanity, my church. I'm so grateful for the magic of this place.
Being a small business owner isn't always easy, especially when you're a free spirit, creative, eclectic... maybe even a little eccentric, with a touch of ADHD thrown in for good measure. Somehow, you still have to make ends meet through winter and it is a stressful time.
This walk has become my daily planner. More often than not, it overrides my carefully laid plans.
This morning, Ambrosia Ice Cream revealed itself as the next flavour. I've made it before but i have a few tweaks 🤩
I've also been thinking about a sugar free ice cream. Someone asked and now I'm on a mission to make it happen. I'll let the universe reveal the answer when it's ready 😁

I was going to write about the only sh*tty comment i got in my last post but, yeah nah 🤣

I love love love to prepare food, especially what I've grown and even better if I can serve it to my customers so here's a pic of my smoked ( on Smokn Daisy of course) Tomitillo salsa. I put this on tacos 🌮 for anyone game enough to try it 😋 I think its delicious.

Some people say food is just ingredients.
