☕ **We're Hiring!** ☕
It doesn't happen very often at this time of year, but we have an exciting opportunity coming up to join our core team at The Wholemeal Café.
With Lidia heading home as her visa comes to an end, we're taking the opportunity to strengthen our Front of House team by creating a role with more responsibility as we head into spring and a busy summer.
We're looking for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy café, and can confidently jump on the coffee machine when needed. Strong barista skills are an essential part of this role.
Ideally, you'll also:
• Have leadership experience and be confident running the café on the days our amazing 2IC is off. This will happen after an extensive training period and not expected right away.
• Hold a Duty Manager's Certificate (or be willing to obtain one by the summer season).
• Be reliable, organised, and lead by example.
• Love looking after people and creating a great atmosphere for both our customers and team.
We'll start with part-time shifts to make sure we're the right fit for each other, with the goal of moving into a permanent position from mid-August.
