A huge thank you to everyone who supported Blue September at the Nikau yesterday.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated raffle prizes, food and drinks, and to all those who came along to our buffet and spit roast.

Your generosity, support and wonderful company helped make the event such a success. It was fantastic to see everyone coming together, enjoying good food, good company and supporting raising funds for prostate cancer.

Thank you all for getting behind us and for — we truly appreciate it!

This Blue September will go a long way to bringing down the most commonly diagnosed cancer for kiwi men and the Nikau are proud to be raising funds this Sunday 13th September from 11:30 to 2:30pm with the proceeds from the lunch going to this great cause.

Here's how your funds will get to work:

Helping make a lot of noise to advocate for improved healthcare services for men with prostate cancer.

Raising awareness about prostate cancer and the importance of getting regular checks for men.

Thanks to all who have donated towards this great cause. We are grateful and look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday!
