A weekend dedicated to oysters and white w**e at Sage.

On 17 & 18 October, we’ll be shucking fresh New Zealand oysters throughout the day, and pouring white w**es and bubbles by the glass, from current releases to selected international labels.

Our à la carte and Trust the Chef menus are also available all weekend, so you can join us for oysters and a glass, stay for lunch, or settle in for the afternoon overlooking the bay.

One w**e, shaped by two sides of Paroa Bay.

Our 2025 Sauvignon Blanc brings together fruit from two vineyard slopes, one cool and sheltered, the other facing the Northland sun. Dry and expressive, tropical and bright, then carried by a refined, textural finish. A great accompaniment to fresh seasonal dishes throughout spring and summer.

Some evenings are simply too good to end.

Sage Supper Club will be returning for spring. These gatherings have become a wonderful chance to celebrate the season through thoughtful food and giving Executive Chef Daniel Fraser a chance to explore new ideas, share dishes inspired by the season, and create something a little different for our community.

Join on the last Friday of every month, and reserve your spot at the next Sage Supper Club, on 25 September at 6:30 p.m.
