Fifteen years ago, two thirsty Rotorua lads could barely find a decent pint of their own b**r on tap anywhere in town. So BREW was born from a simple belief: that great b**r deserves a great home.

What followed has been nothing short of extraordinary. An incredible team over the years who've elevated every pint and every plate with passion and care. And our fabulous customers — from near, far, and the ones who still can't pronounce "Croucher" correctly — you're the reason we haven't been tempted to turn this place into a laundromat.

We are two local sons of this city — born here, raised here, serving the b**r and food that Rotorua deserves.

We have been receiving lots of fantastic feedback on our entry THE MALTED MELT.

THE MALTED MELT is chicken brined in Croucher Brewing Sulfur City Pilsner, vintage cheddar, McClure's sweet & spicy pickles, pickle-braised chicory all between toasted Sourdough.

It's available for lunch and dinner all month. Add some curly fries and match it with a pint of Rotorua's own Sulfur City Pilsner🍻
