After nearly 12 wonderful years serving the Rolleston community, the time has come for us to say goodbye.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported Rolly Thai over the years. We were proud to open as Rolleston’s first Thai restaurant, bringing authentic home-style Thai cuisine to the community. When COVID changed the hospitality landscape, we adapted and moved to our takeaway premises next to On the Spot, where we continued serving our loyal customers, as Rolly Thai Express.

It has been our pleasure to share our food, culture, and hospitality with so many wonderful people over the years. We have made countless memories and friendships that we will always treasure.

We are also excited to let you know that the business has been sold, and a South Indian takeaway will soon be opening in its place.

Thank you for your loyalty, encouragement, and support throughout our journey. We could not have done it without you.

With heartfelt thanks,

Tipsukon, Julian & Jessica.
