About the Job
We run a popular dumpling food trailer and we’re on the hunt for an awesome contractor to jump in and help us at events and local holiday parks throughout the week, so we need people with flexible, on-call availability Mon-Sun. Every shift is different — fun crowds, upbeat atmosphere, and plenty of teamwork!
What You’ll Be Doing
☕ Making coffee (Barista skills required!)
🥟 Cooking dumplings (mainly pan‑frying — no fancy chef skills required!)
🧋 Drinks mixing
🤪 Making Bao Buns
😀 Serving customers with a smile
⚡ Helping out during busy rushes and keeping the good energy flowing
🎪 Working mainly at events, markets, festivals, and local holiday parks
Hours & Pay
⏱️ Shifts are usually 3–6 hours, depending on the gig
💸 Pay is $28–$30 per hour, depending on experience
📍 You’ll need to get yourself to and from each location (Mon-Sun availability required)
Who We’re Looking For
Ideally 18+
Someone comfortable cooking (basic kitchen common sense is a must!)
Not shy around crowds — it can get busy busy busy!
Reliable, upbeat, and enjoys working as part of a cool, supportive team
