A whopping rib slow smoked to absolute deliciousness with brisket hash, brisket gravy and charred broccoli m.

Beef ribs are my absolute fav and NEVER in Rolly so today’s the day.

But be quick - I’d ring ahead and save one as there is only one rack.

Here’s our favourite sharing plates.

Simon always enjoys the Fried Chicken with Jalapeno Mayo and pickles - although I always eat the pickles 🤠. With a Summit Ultra.

My choice - the Bao Buns - slaw, aioli and Min’s delicious sweet and savoury Bao sauce on the fried chicken. And my drink choice was Dash’s new cocktail, Coconut Haze.
A great way to end a day.

WOW… YOU GUYS KEPT US BUSY YESTERDAY!

What an incredible Father’s Day at Smoke!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate Dad. From a massive morning of our Father’s Day breakfast to an equally massive night serving up our Big Father’s Day Platters.

The restaurant was packed, the smokers were working overtime and the kitchen certainly got a workout!

Most importantly, a HUGE shoutout to our amazing crew. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

It was a long, full-on day and you absolutely smashed it. From the kitchen and pits to the bar and front of house, everyone pulled together and kept things moving through one seriously busy day.

We couldn’t do days like this without you. 👏👏

And to all the dads, grandads and families who chose to celebrate with us, thank you for supporting Smoke and making Father’s Day such a cracker!

We hope you left very, very full and happy.
