The pits are pumping today!

Our smokers are loaded up with brisket, pork ribs and pork belly and the smell coming off them is something else.

Ben’s been hard at work giving the meats their regular spritz to keep them beautifully moist while that low-and-slow magic happens. It’s all part of the process that turns good BBQ into GREAT BBQ. 💨🔥

🌯 Smoked Shotgun Shells – pasta shells stuffed, wrapped, smoked low and slow, and packed with flavour.
