With the top secret recipe being taught and handed down for generations by their great grandmother Lala. The brothers Bob & Joe, owners of McClure's pickles, decided to pursue the family tradition and share Lala’s recipe. They’ve been pickling since toddlers so it is safe to say, they know their stuff.

Double brisket beef, double Gouda, McClure’s Garlic & Dill pickles, fried shallots, green tomato & jalapeno chutney, roasted garlic & dill aioli in between a potato bun. Served with rustic potatoes🤭
