Now serving our single-origin Java! Stop by for a cup from our Morning Glory direct trade partner, or grab some beans and brew your own at home ☕️🤙
Grown on the slopes of Mount Argopuro in East Java, Indonesia (1,800 m), this coffee undergoes a 72-hour carbonic maceration process—cherries are fermented whole in a sealed, CO₂-rich tank before being naturally dried. This method, adapted from winemaking, produces a vibrant, fruit-forward cup with notes of grape, berry, citrus, and floral wine-like aromatics, often with silky body and crisp acidity. Produced by the Walida Cooperative, the project reinvests around 60% of profits into local education and community development, supporting regenerative and ethical coffee farming. Such an amazing and inspiring program and community to work with—swipe through to see some photos from Paul’s visit!
