Check out this easy to make plant-based Protein Granola Slice created by our friend Tess Eden | Vegan; using our High Protein Simply Natural yoghurt. 👇

💚 Base:
- 3 cups granola
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup

💚 Topping:
- 1 cup RFC Simply Natural Protein coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate

💚 Method:
1. Mix together the base ingredients until well combined. Press into a line slice tin.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together protein yoghurt and melted chocolate. Pour on top of the base and set in the freezer.
3. Slice into bars and store in the fridge until consumed!
