this is Flaxton, our new BBQ Blue Ox Babe which was built in Christchurch and came into our kitchen this week

while she’s less then half the length of our OG BBQ, Flaxton weighs the same at 2ton and holds an impressive 70% of what our MOBERG did

plus Flaxton has a mid-evil Parrilla grill which means we’re bringing back our REVERSE SEARED TOMAHAWK STEAKS plus many other wood flamed meats and vegetables

this FRIDAY and SATURDAY from 5pm, we’ll have TOMAHAWKS available and they’ll be served with our ASIAN CHIMICHURRI and from next week we’ll have TOMAHAWKS available every week night and both lunch and dinner in the weekends

Guests will be guided through creating their own expressive floral or abstract painting on canvas in a relaxed, fun setting, with a complimentary cocktail on arrival and delicious food available for purchase throughout the evening. No rules, no pressure, and no experience needed—just a chance to switch off and get creative.
