Succulent roasted chicken quarter glazed in a rich, sticky chilli hoisin sauce. Served over wok-tossed rice noodles with fresh leek, carrot, onion and crunchy bean sprouts, all coated in our own house-made Pad Thai sauce. Finished with roasted peanuts, fresh coriander, and sliced red chilli garnished for the perfect balance of sweet, savoury and mild to medium spiced.
