Spicy Margarita - Spicy Kiwi Style

30ml el Jimador tequila
30ml triple sec
Juice of 1 lime
2-3 tsp chilli jam - more if you’re spicy 🌶️
60ml Schweppes classic ginger b**r
Put a good handful of ice in the shaker and add everything except the ginger b**r.
Give it a good old shake for at least 30 seconds.
Strain into your chosen glass and finish with the ginger b**r. Garnish with a fresh chilli if you’re fancy 🌶️
They pack a punch in more ways than one 🌶️🤪🤭💃
