Great company today here for our " Easy Indian" class @ Mrs C's Kitchen.
We were expecting a full class, but sadly we had a number unable to make it, but that didn't stop these delicious dishes from being whipped up.

Recipes are provided with tips and advice to ensure your bakes turn out great.
Also discover a couple of quick and easy tricks to turn your bakes into delicious desserts, which is perfect when entertaining.

Washing and housework done, so I whipped up these wee beauties just now!

Date, Apricot, Walnut Chocolate bliss balls, so simple, so delicious and not too bad for you either🙂

Banana and Blueberry muffins, made the healthy way. Used a mix of oat and all purpose flour, coconut sugar, oil and a few other ingredients. So moist and sooo de-lic-ious!
Maybe we need a bake class soon😉
