Hi all. Did you know I'm now based in Tawa? From this week I'm working from my little home-based kitchen. It's a lovely area dedicated solely to creating all things cakey. It means I'm more central for deliveries right across our beautiful City, and it means I can be more flexible with collection times. It also cuts my commute to approxiate 25 steps, which makes me a happy baker. And happy bakers make the best cakes 🧡

I'll just leave this here for your Sunday evening deight. I am so so SO in love with this cake. And those gorgeous smiles. This is why I do my job 😍😍😍

And does what's inside matter?? Heck yes. This raspberry and white chocolate cake was jampacked with real raspberries, and as well as creamy vanilla icing inside, she also had real fruit raspberry jam and very nearly 500g of Whittakers white chocolate (it fell short because I had to test each block for quality purposes!!). She's a decadent one.

Remember, what's inside counts too. As well as being a showstopper, with a chocolate fudge cake filled with vanilla icing topped with a caramel cake filled with caramel sauce, she's a feast for the tastebuds too.

Full steam ahead into another decade for Don. What a milestone. Toot toot

Inside this almost snowy scene you'll find the richest chocolate cake in town. I love that my choccy cake is enjoyed by so many different folk. From 8 to 80 this cake is always a winner. Super rich, dark, squidgy and dare I say it, moist; pair it with creamy chocolate ganache butter icing, and you just can't go wrong.

If I were you, I'd make sure it's on your bucket list to try it. Oooh how about for your next special occasion??!!
