"Onion Tomato Base Gravy" it's easy and will be done in two steps.
Step one - Soak the beans overnight
Step two- Combine the beans and onion tomato base gravy and cook until the beans are cooked properly.
Add salt to taste

A simple Lamb curry using our Hariyali Base Gravy

Palak Lamb

Step One- Marinate Lamb with basic spices and ginger garlic paste for one hour or more

Step two- In a pot heat Mustard oil or Ghee add marinated mutton, cook for 10-15 mins

Step three- Add Hariyali Base to the pot,add some water slow cook for 35 to 40 mins or until the lamb is cooked.

Step four- Add cream if you wish, combine well later add hand crush fenugreek leaves and further cook for few mins and its ready to serve.
