Lead two unique hospitality venues across Kāpiti & Whitby.
Are you an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional customer service, great coffee, and building high-performing teams?
We're looking for a Café Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Truffle Café and the Whitby Collegiate School Tuck Shop.
📍 Location: Kāpiti & Whitby Collegiate
In this role you'll:
☕ Lead and inspire a dedicated team
🍴 Oversee daily café and tuck shop operations
📦 Manage rostering, stock, ordering, and food quality
📈 Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
🎉 Support school events and catering when required
We're looking for someone with:
✔ Hospitality or café management experience
✔ Strong leadership and organisational skills
✔ Food safety and stock management knowledge
✔ A current Full New Zealand Driver Licence
✔ A positive, hands-on approach and passion for great service
