We create a beautiful bespoke platters and grazing tables.

Our wholesome platters are perfect for sharing and are filled with seasonal produce, artisan meats & cheeses, handmade dips, chutneys & gluten free seed crackers. We support local growers and artisans and pride ourselves on presenting a real taste of the Bay. Depending on season and availability our boxes include but are not limited to:

I also love to create delicious raw, clean, unprocessed plant based alternatives to the cakes, treats and desserts that we all love but without any nasties. You can have all the goodness of your favourite desserts without the guilt - you can have your cake and eat it too!

Whilst I focus on raw cakes and treats it was a love of baking that lead me here. It all started with a wee “Caramel Slice” creation that’s become slightly legendary, hence the name Caramel & Co. I haven’t forgotten that some of you still love a little sugar and that every now and then a little indulgent naughtiness is called for, if that’s you and you have a special occasion don’t rule me out!
